Her prenatal classes were very informative and helped ease our anxities about the pregnancy and labour. During labour her intuition and understanding of the labour process was amazing. She did hip and back stretches on me and also showed my husband how to do them to help ease the pain of the contractions. She gave massage and acupressure that helped my body relax. Her encouragement and calming words helped keep me focused. My labour lasted about 8 hours and she was there for every step of the way helping my husband and I.
